Overview

Multi-location service businesses lose 30–100 calls per month to voicemail, peak-hour overflow, and after-hours gaps. For a 150-location network, that's potentially $15.75M in annualized recovered revenue sitting on the table.

When Cinch launched AI Voice — an always-on call assistant that answers, books, and routes inbound calls while feeding every conversation back into the CDXP — I owned the full go-to-market from the ground up. This was a Tier 1 major release under Cinch's GTM launch framework, requiring coordinated readiness across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing before a single asset went live.

Challenge

AI Voice entered a market where standalone answering services already existed. The challenge wasn't just explaining what the product does — it was making unmistakably clear why an AI call assistant built inside a Customer Data Experience Platform is a fundamentally different investment than a point solution. Every asset, from a cold prospect's first touchpoint to a CS onboarding call, needed to carry that distinction without requiring a Sales rep to explain it from scratch.

Approach

I developed and produced the complete AI Voice launch kit across four GTM layers:

Positioning & Sales

  • Authored the master GTM overview establishing the full value proposition, target customer profile, and messaging framework for 2026

  • Built tiered executive overviews with customized ROI models for Tier 1 (150-location networks), Tier 2 (50 locations), and Tier 4 (emerging 5-location brands) — each with annualized revenue recovery calculations scaled to network size

  • Produced the Champion Deck for internal buyers building executive buy-in, and the full Sales Deck covering AI Voice and Cinch Scheduler together

  • Wrote the industry research stat sheet anchoring the missed-call problem in third-party data — designed as both a conversation opener and a leave-behind

Competitive Intelligence

  • Created internal battlecards against Revmo AI and VoiceController, covering side-by-side feature comparisons, where Cinch wins decisively, objection-handling scripts, and deal motion frameworks

  • Established the consistent competitive through-line across both cards: AI Voice feeds a live CDXP — every call builds a customer relationship, not just a booking

Onboarding & Enablement

  • Wrote the four-step onboarding walkthrough script for the Cinch Storylane CS tour, guiding new customers from business setup through live dashboard

  • Developed the internal pricing and billing reference guide covering all three plan tiers, minute pooling, proration rules, mid-month change handling, and a full CS FAQ

Marketing & Customer Communications

  • Scripted and built the self-guided Storylane marketing tour for prospects — a show-don't-tell product experience walking through the full setup and live dashboard

  • Wrote the multi-touch customer email sequence for prospect nurture and existing customer adoption, including subject lines, body copy, and send-timing recommendations

Result

The AI Voice launch kit gave Sales, CS, and Marketing a unified, deployment-ready library at launch — enabling consistent messaging from first prospecting call through customer onboarding. The tiered ROI framework became a centerpiece of the sales conversation, translating a technical capability into a revenue recovery story prospects could immediately quantify for their own network.
