When Cinch launched AI Voice — an always-on call assistant that answers, books, and routes inbound calls while feeding every conversation back into the CDXP — I owned the full go-to-market from the ground up.

I led the strategic repositioning of Cinch as a Customer Data Experience Platform — a category we defined ourselves — shifting the conversation from tool capabilities to business outcomes.

I proposed and led the creation of The Loyalty Lab—a unified, multimedia content hub designed to bring all of Cinch’s educational, thought-leadership, and customer success content together in one place.

My role was to create the foundational brand and messaging strategy that would guide Syracuse’s internal marketing and creative teams through a large-scale website redesign and unified communications overhaul.
