Overview
At Cinch, we were producing regular webinars—but attendance was slipping. Our audience of busy marketing leaders and business owners wanted insights, not appointments. They needed a way to learn on their own time and at their own pace.
That insight led me to create Back for More, an on-demand video podcast that makes Cinch’s thought leadership accessible, conversational, and genuinely useful. The series spotlights our internal experts and industry leaders, turning what used to be a one-time webinar into an evergreen library of knowledge and inspiration.
Challenge
Cinch’s educational content was strong, but the format no longer matched how our audience consumed information. The challenge was to transform a low-performing webinar program into a scalable, story-driven content series that could educate, engage, and humanize our brand.
Approach
I developed the podcast from concept to execution, including:
Creative concepting and show development—defining the tone, structure, and format
Writing episode outlines, talking points, and interview questions for hosts and guests
Overseeing production and post-production in partnership with our video team
Creating companion materials—including downloadable workbooks, guides, and promotional assets for social and email
Integrating the series into ABM and nurture campaigns as part of the larger content strategy
Result
Back for More quickly became a pillar of Cinch’s thought-leadership engine—offering customers, partners, and prospects valuable insights in an engaging, binge-worthy format.
Drove greater engagement across LinkedIn and website video views
Expanded our content library with evergreen assets that continue to deliver value long after launch
Strengthened Cinch’s reputation as a knowledgeable, approachable industry leader
