Hi, I'm Erica Miller — a product marketing leader and strategic storyteller based in Salt Lake City, Utah. For more than 15 years, I've helped B2B SaaS and consumer brands translate complex capabilities into clear narratives that align teams, accelerate growth, and drive measurable results.
Today I'm the Director of Product Marketing at Cinch, where I own the GTM launch framework, messaging architecture, and sales and CS enablement library — serving as the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. I'm also a Pragmatic-certified PMM.
I'm the founder of Kismet Strategy, an independent brand and content consultancy I established in 2007, where I've partnered with clients across SaaS, hospitality, wellness, higher education, and consumer goods.
